One of our clients, which is HR / Training consultant company, is now looking for the Sales.
They are committed to the work of strengthening their clients’ organizations, mainly by implementing HR systems and providing education and training to their clients.
1. Job description:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other documents
Support services to achieve sales budget
Working with other members/departments to complete customer’s request
Reporting any activity to sales manager and consultant
Other tasks related to sales and administrative support
2. Job Requirements
Age: 25 to 35 years old (Minimum 2 years of work experience required)
Gender: No specific requirement
(However, as the workplace has a predominantly female environment, applicants should consider their adaptability to such a setting.)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year university or higher)
Candidates who graduated from a 4-year university in Japan are given interview priority.
Work Experience:
・Experience working in Japan
・Experience reporting to or working under a Japanese supervisor
Experience in Intangible Product Sales (Services):
・Candidates without prior sales experience are still welcome if they are motivated and willing to take on new challenges
・Candidates with backgrounds in consulting, recruitment, finance, IT, or trading companies tend to perform well in this role
3. Ideal Candidate Profile
Cheerful personality with strong communication skills
Passionate about sales and proactive in their work
Proficient in Japanese:
・Minimum JLPT N2 level
・High-level Japanese is required due to regular interaction with Japanese directors and managers
・100% of clients are Japanese companies; all internal meetings are conducted in Japanese
Aspires to work in a performance-based environment
・Seniority is not a factor; compensation and promotion are based on results and effort
Genuinely interested in the human resources consulting industry
・Can clearly articulate their motivation for working in HR consulting and why they want to join BCon
・Has clear career goals and dreams for the future
3. Benefits:
