Plumbing / Sanitary Engineer (Able to Design)

We are looking for a Plumbing / Sanitary Engineer who will be responsible to perform site investigation, feasibility study report, technical analysis, design, calculation, rough cost estimation, review of design documents and technical submission, and support all activities of the plumbing engineering division from project initiation to closure under the Senior Engineer.

▼Responsibility 

• Collaborate with other members of the engineering and construction management team to successfully execute assigned projects.

• Responsible for conceptual design, basic design, detailed design, and construction design of the entire plumbing / sanitary system.

• Responsible for preparing all related deliverables including site investigations, feasibility study reports, performance and efficiency analysis, proposals, calculations, specifications, drawings, cost estimation, design reports, and other project documents.

• Review engineering drawings and relevant documents from sub engineering consultants, design & build contractors, and other stakeholders as assigned by Division Manager / Engineering Manager / Project Manager.

• Provide support for bidding preparation, tender clarifications, evaluations, and recommendations.

• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and construction supervision partners if necessary.

• Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

• General knowledge and experience in water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment, and plumbing-related utility systems are preferable.

▼Requirements

【Must】

• Male, 27–35 years old

• Business level English

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Plumbing Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in engineering consultant companies, engineering & construction management firms, or international engineering companies

• Strong experience and design capability in:

　- Water supply systems

　- Drainage and sewage systems

　- Wastewater treatment systems

　- Stormwater systems

　- Plumbing systems for industrial and civil buildings

　- Firefighting water systems (basic understanding)

• Good knowledge of related standards and codes such as TCVN, QCVN, IPC, BS, AS, NFPA (related to plumbing/fire protection)

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, BIM Revit, SketchUp

【Want】

• Design certificate for plumbing / sanitary for industrial and civil projects 

　└If CDD has this certificate, it will be big advantage

• Japanese proficiency 

• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Salary : Gross 800  – 1,300 USD /month 

　└Age 27-30：800-1,000USD

   └Age 31up：1,000-1,300USD ※Up to skill and experience

• Probation : 2month (85% salary)

• Working hour 8:00-17:00  Mon-Fri
