Service Engineer

Our client is a 100% Japanese-invested company specializing in the trading, installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery. With offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and a strong team of Vietnamese and Japanese professionals, they support a broad range of machines including CNC machines, press machines, grinding machines, and automation equipment for factories across Vietnam.

To support their continuous growth, they are looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer (CNC) to join their Hanoi office and ensure top-notch technical support and customer satisfaction.

Location: Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh District, Hanoi
Headcount: 01
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: 12 – 18 million VND gross (Negotiable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Service Engineer (CNC), you will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of CNC machines, working closely with customers and ensuring their equipment runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment (CNC machines) at customer sites

• Perform technical tasks including ball screw replacement, ladder diagram checks, parameter setting, and accuracy adjustments

• Communicate with customers to explain work processes and plans

• Lead and support special and ongoing service projects

• Suggest improvements to enhance working conditions, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with CNC machines who can thrive in a dynamic team.

• Age: 26–32

• University degree in a relevant engineering field

• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Engineer for CNC machines

• Ability to communicate in English or Japanese at an intermediate level

BENEFITS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Probation period: 2 months (85% salary)

• Competitive salary (12–18 million VND gross), negotiable based on experience
