▼Hiring reason 

As full-scale manufacturing begins, there is a need to hire a ProductionManager.

▼Responsibility 

・Oversee and manage all production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety

・Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation based on business requirements

・Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

・Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs

・Collaborate with departments such as quality control, engineering, logistics, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

・Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations related to safety, environment, and labor

・Report regularly to Japanese management (including Japanese headquarters) on production performance and improvement initiatives

・Support the introduction of new equipment, production processes, and automation systems

▼Requirement 

・Male 

・Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

・At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years in a managerial role

・Experience in metal processing (Gia công kim loại) 

・Able to communicate by English or Japanese (At least 1 language)

・Able to commute to the workplace independently (no company shuttle provided)

・Salary : Max 35 mil VND

・Probation : 2month (85% salary) 

・Allowance：Food, Transportation

・Benefit : bonus (1month)

・Working time : 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri  ※Discuss with Management (Considering)
