Report to Japanese GD (English Speaker)
▼Responsibility
· Hunting sales for new accounts
· Conduct sales planning
· Close follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business opportunities.
· Approach and analyze the customer’s business and technology requirements and developing customized solutions to fit the need.
· Conduct meetings, service introductions, and presentations to acquire new customers.
· Achieve sales target set by management.
· Work closely with other departments within the company to settle claims and propose solutions
▼Requirement
Female / Age up to 35 years
Able to speak English for business
At least 3 years of working experience in hunting Sales Freight Forwarding(Europian/American firm is advance)
A mindset to execute tasks aggressively and effectively under the environment of a startup (small size)
▼Other
・Salary : Negotiable up to skill and current salary
・Probation : 2month (85% salary) > Check BD skill carefully while probation term
・Sales incentive:If achieve sales three times of own salary, 20% of the excess revenue will be paid quarterly.
・Bonus : 1 month (Tet bonus)
・Others:
· Full social insurance according to Vietnam Labor Law
· Salary review every year
· Phone Allowance : 500,000 VND
· Transportation Allowance : 300,000 VND
・Working time : 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri (Remote working 1day / week)
・Interview process : 1-2 time
