▼Responsibility
・Provide administrative and operational support to the Japanese Sales Manager
・Prepare and manage documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices
・Handle order processing, delivery schedule management, and inventory checks
・Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
・Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, purchasing, etc.)
・Assist in preparing and handling export/import documents
・Input sales data and prepare performance reports.
・Support preparations for trade fairs, customer visits, and business meetings
・Assist with key customer management (Japanese major manufacturer located in Hai Phong)

Must
・Female (*Good Looking)
・Age around 24-30
・University degree
・Able to work at Hai Phong Office in the future (The specific timing has not been decided yet)
・Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher
・Sales Support Experience

・Salary: Gross 16-23 mil VND (Negotiable)

・Probation : 2month (85% salary)
