At least 1 year of experience in the gaming industry or in business development/partnership roles.
Strong English communication skills (business level) and confidence in networking with global partners.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication abilities with the tact, flexibility, and emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate diverse situations, and a commitment to continuously developing EQ.
Ability to adapt quickly, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and work independently toward goals.
Passion for or knowledge of game development is a strong plus.
