Project Manager/Construction Manager

▼About the role 

• Manage and supervise construction activities of high-rise and low-rise residential projects, and manage technical operations for office buildings, ensuring progress, quality, budget, and operational efficiency in accordance with the company’s plans and standards.

▼Responsibility 

• Supervise construction quality to ensure compliance with technical standards

• Manage construction progress to meet project timelines

• Control project costs and budgets effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Resolve construction-related issues promptly

• Coordinate with design, legal, and sales teams to achieve project goals

▼Requirements

Must

• Age : 35-45 

• Bachelor’s degree in the Architecture or Construction

• Business-level English

• Experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager in  high-rise and low-rise residential projects

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and methods

• Ability to develop and review concept designs

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)

 ▼Other 

• Salary : Gross 40– 50 mil VND / month (Negotiable depends on experience)

• Probation : 2month (85% salary)

• Full 2-day weekends (Sat, Sun, public holidays off)

• Full-time employment (initial contract: 1 year)

• Allowances & Benefits : Benefit: year-end bonus, paid leaves, work from home policy, healthcare, others.

  Working hours: Full-time 8:00 – 17:00, Monday - Friday
