Project Manager

1. Responsibility 

• Take full responsibility for project management as a Project Manager for projects entrusted by Japanese clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for Japanese customers, handling communications, providing explanations, and reporting/adjusting project progress and issues in Japanese as the Project Manager.

• As a PM, manage the Vietnamese development team with responsibility for schedule, quality. In addition, provide technical guidance and direction based on personal technical experience.

• As a BrSE, participate in creating documents for the project, such as requirements definition and basic design, integration test specification, identify issues, and work with customers to revise and finalize specification and design documents.

2. Requirement 

・Japanese proficiency at N2 upper level or higher (business level)

・System development experience (Java) / Basic level is fine

・More than 3 years of experience as Project Manager 

・Able to create basic design documents,integration test specification document

3. Benefit: 

・Salary : 50 - 65mil VND (2,000-2,500 USD)

 ・Probation : 2month (90% salary) 

・Allowance：All include gross package 

・Tet bonus, Training in Japan (In the future) 

4. Location, Working time:

・Viwaseen Tower To Huu Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi

・Working time : 8:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
