  1. JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth for our Amazon and eCommerce management services. This role focuses on identifying prospective international clients, pitching service solutions, and closing deals to expand our global market presence.

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Sales Growth

  • Identify, approach, and qualify prospective clients interested in Amazon or eCommerce management and growth services.

  • Present and pitch service offerings clearly to brand representatives, highlighting value, outcomes, and ROI.

  • Negotiate service scope, pricing, and timelines to successfully close deals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.

Relationship & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines, proposals, and client communication records.

  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding process.

  • Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.

Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay informed about Amazon and eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

  • Share market feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings and the client experience.

  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Gender: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (Preferred).

  • Education: High school graduate and above.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in sales, account management, customer service, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred.

  • Language: Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+).

  • Skills:

    • Proven confidence in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with international clients.

    • Highly organized, proactive, and a genuine passion for a career in sales.

    • Resilient and able to work independently in a target-oriented environment.

  1. WORKING HOURS & CONDITION

  • Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).

  • Environment: Indoor office with air conditioning and air purifiers; sitting-to-work setup.

  • Equipment: Laptop provided after the probation period.

  • Training: On-site training with internal documents provided during the probation period.

5. SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Basic Salary: 13,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND (Gross).

  • Probation Salary: 85% of base salary + 100% (allowance + commission).

  • Allowances:

    • Lunch: 40,000 VND / working day.

    • Transportation: 500,000 VND / month.

    • Business-related expense allowances.

    • Saturday lunch is fully covered by the company.

  • Other Perks:

    • Signing Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month of gross salary upon signing the official contract.

    • Performance reviews twice a year for salary adjustments and growth.

    • Two annual company retreats and regular bonding activities.

    • Pantry with fruits, snacks, and coffee ready to serve.

    • Full Health, Social, and Unemployment insurance coverage.

    • 12 days of annual leave plus public holidays.

Location: Alley 655 Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Ha Noi
