Conduct corporate sales activities, mainly focusing on new business development until a stable client base is established.
Propose tailored solutions based on clients’ business challenges (solution-based sales rather than product-based sales).
Engage in HR consulting-related services and develop expertise toward becoming a consultant in the future.
Japanese language proficiency at business level (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above)
Age: 22–39 (candidates over 40 may be considered depending on qualifications; fresh graduates are also welcome)
Bachelor’s degree or higher (graduates from Japanese universities are preferred)
At least 3 years of sales experience in a Japanese company (experience not required for fresh graduates)
Work or internship experience in Japan
Experience working under a Japanese supervisor
Corporate sales experience in intangible services (e.g., consulting, HR, finance, IT, trading companies)
Experience in solution-based sales tailored to client needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong logical thinking ability
Motivated to work in a performance-based evaluation environment (merit-based, not seniority-based)
Proactive and willing to engage in new business development
Strong interest in the HR consulting industry and aspiration to become a consultant
Able to clearly articulate career goals and reasons for wanting to join
Gross monthly salary: 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND (negotiable)
Strong candidates with consulting experience or immediate contribution potential are highly welcomed
Quarterly performance bonus (4 times per year, performance-based)
