Sales For Cosmetic Materials (HN)

1. Responsibility 

Product : Cosmetic Materials 

Customer : Vietnamese cosmetic manufacturing company (HCM, Hanoi, Mekong-Delta) 

• Responsible for sale activities in purpose to achieve Sale Target.

• Contact the principle by e- mail for sample and technical request and copy to Product manager/Oversea/Director.

• Approach the customer for innovative products and follow up for existing orders.

• Prepare quotation and technical data and submit to the customers.

• Report directly, provide monthly sales reports to the manager.

• Corporate with Admin staff and Officer about samples request, goods delivery for customers.

• Prepare sale forecast to arrange ordering process and concern with shipment and production lead time.

• Manage the inventory and stock for supporting the customers needed. 

• To do yearly Sales Target (ABP) to Sales supervisor for Product manager approval.

• Responsible and Take care of all facilities and assets belonging to the company.

• Responsible for company system and policy

2. Requirement 

• Age: >30

• Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology/ pharmaceutical or related field.

• English：Business level 

• 1-3 years’ work experience in Chemical industry 

• Has good communication skill and willing to be Sales 

• Has interest in cosmetic

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point, …

3.  Other 

Salary 

• 15-30mil (Up to experience)

• Probation : 2month (85% salary)  

• Quarterly Sales incentive：Depends on performance (50%~100% of gross salary)

• Bonus : Fixed 1 month + Individual performance 

Others

• Full social insurance according to Vietnam Labor Law

• Salary review every year

• Food Allowance : 80,000 VND / Working Day

• Transportation Allowance 

Working time : 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri
